Starting a collection means settling four things: the colour story, the design functionality, the technical package and the garment patterns.
Our fully equipped design and development studio in Chattogram is set up to take all four from concept to a prototype — so a designer can walk in with an idea and walk out with a production-feasible tech file.

The sketch table
Development process starts at the sketch table while working with the respective designers.
We work with the brand's team to compile the tech file:
- BOM
- Construction and technical details
- Measurement spec
- Workmanship guideline

Merchandising analysis
The merchandising team analyses the file.
From the analysis, the team:
- Develops and sources appropriate fabrics and materials
- Prepares the costing

Pattern
From the tech file, the pattern team carries out the information.
The pattern team:
- Builds the pattern
- Develops the features with mock-ups

Prototype
After finalising the pattern, the style becomes a garment.
The sample team:
- Builds the prototypes
- Makes consumption
The whole route
Development is the first half of the journey. The same team carries the style through sourcing and onto the production line.
- Sketch
Development starts at the sketch table, working with the brand's designers.
- Tech file
The team compiles the tech file: BOM, construction and technical details, measurement spec and workmanship guideline.
- Merchandising
The merchandising team analyses the file, develops and sources appropriate fabrics and materials, and prepares the costing.
- Pattern
The pattern team carries the information out of the tech file and builds the pattern.
- Mock-up
Features are developed and proven with mock-ups.
- Prototype
Once the pattern is final, prototypes are built and consumption is calculated.
- Production
The style moves to a production line matched to its construction.
- Inspection
In-line technical inspection and final inspection before shipment.
