I have one of the best teams in the industry and I am so proud of them. Sometimes they make mistakes when they are doing something for the first time — but the best part is that I have let them learn from it. The entire team and I are more motivated than ever to do even better, and we know our best is yet to come.

Capitalising on my last 24+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing, product development, innovation and marketing, I took on a new challenge and established October4 HK Ltd. (O4HL for short).

O4HL is a design, product development, sourcing and manufacturing company. As part of our design and R&D work we have a fully equipped design and development studio in Chattogram, Bangladesh, where a designer can walk in with blue-sky ideas, work with our highly skilled and experienced innovation team, and walk out with a complete, production-feasible tech file along with a ready-to-use prototype and mock-ups.

We currently produce at three factories on 25 production lines, all technical outerwear, and we have spent these years training our contract and partner factories to produce high-tech outerwear. Now, on our growth trajectory, we are building our own plant with 80 production lines in the Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram.

Our expertise is diversified: high-end technical outerwear for ski, snowboarding, hunting, winter urban lifestyle, cycling, mountaineering, water sports and performance wear.

Our goal is to make our clients and their products time- and cost-efficient, with an outstanding quality standard. We offer clothing brands everything from graphic design, pattern and tech file preparation, material sourcing and innovation work to bulk production sourcing and in-line technical and final inspections.
