Manufacturing
Technical outerwear production in Bangladesh — 25 lines across three factories today, and our own 80-line plant under construction.
25 lines, three factories, one standard
We currently produce at 3 factories on 25 production lines, all of them technical outerwear. We have spent these years training our contract and partner factories to produce high-tech technical outerwear, and our Bangladesh office has a team of 60 dedicated, experienced people to make sure they do.
The process covers product design, fabric selection and inspection, pattern making, grading, marking, cutting, sewing, pressing or folding, finishing and detailing, dyeing and washing, and QC.

Quality control
In-line technical inspection during production and final inspection before shipment, run by the same team that prepared the tech file.

At this stage we are on our growth trajectory, and based on our long-run needs we are building our own production plant with 80 production lines, located in the Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram.
